When overseas visitors arrive at Johannesburg International Airport,
we suggest that you take out a Vodacom "pay as you go" GSM pre-paid
contract at the kiosk. We also suggest that you change enough foreign
currency to last you for at least a week. The nearest bank is at Colesberg,
45km away, and you don't want to be changing money on a good gliding day!
We provide maps, turn point and task lists, frequency guides, oxygen,
avgas, water taps at each tie down location, daily weather information,
memorabilia, eg T-shirts etc.
